Columbus Crew has acquired midfielder Mohammed Abu as a from Norway top tier side Stromsgodset. He was signed as a "Special Discovery Player"... I'm sure we'll get an explanation from the Don on what that signing mechanism actually means when another mechanism takes its place in a few years.
The rumors have been confirmed. Former Crew SC netminder Steve Clark has signed for Danish club AC Horsens. With the Crew acquiring goalkeeper Logan Ketterer in the MLS Superdraft and assuming he is signed for the season, it looks as though Zack Steffen is set to start for Crew SC in 2017.
